Do you get unwanted calls from phone numbers similar to your own? This is known as caller ID neighbor spoofing, and it's a common trick to try to get you to pick up the phone.
Number Shield quickly puts an end to these annoying calls.
BLOCK BY PATTERN
Quickly block an entire range of numbers.
Just enter # to block any digit.
Enter as many patters as you want.
Blocked calls are sent directly to voice mail.
(Due to limitations in the iPhone, each number pattern may contain no more than 7 wildcards. This enables you to block up to 10,000,00 numbers per number pattern. In total, the app can block up to 50,000,000 numbers.)
ALLOW CONTACTS
Friends or family might have a number similar to your own.
Use Allow Contacts to let your contacts ring through.
(This feature requires access to your contacts.
Number Shield does not store or transmit your contacts.)

QUICKLY BLOCK RECENT NUMBERS
On iPhone, quickly block numbers from your recent calls list.
Just follow these steps:
Tap the “i” button next to the unwanted call.
Tap Share Contact.
Tap Block Similar Numbers. (If you don't see this action, tap More to enable it.)
Now you'll see the Number Shield number entry screen. Tap Done to block calls from similar numbers.
